Overall Midwest Produce Conference & Expo (limited to 4 companies) - $3,000 per sponsor

Sponsorship of Midwest Produce includes highly-visible recognition on all advance printed and electronic promotional material and on-site signage. Sponsors are thanked at the beginning of the General Sessions.

Cause Marketing Opening Reception & Exhibits (limited to 2 companies) - $5,000 per sponsor

Sponsorship of the Cause Marketing Reception includes recognition on all advance printed and electronic promotional materials and on-site signage.

Exhibits Opening Lunch Reception (limited to 4 companies) - $3,000 per sponsor

Sponsorship of the Opening Reception includes recognition on all advance printed and electronic promotional materials and on-site signage.

"Happy Hour" Exhibits Closing Reception (limited to 4 companies) - $3,000 per sponsor

Sponsorship of the Closing Reception includes recognition on all advance printed and electronic promotional materials and on-site signage.

Refreshment Breaks (limited to 4 companies each day) - $1,500 per sponsor

Sponsor conference session beverage breaks. Refreshment Break sponsorship includes recognition on all advance printed and electronic promotional materials and on-site signage. 

Pre-Show Mailing To Attendees (Two Available)- $3,000

Your full-color marketing piece will be included in the package mailed to everyone who registers before the event. It's a great way to ensure your exhibit gets on the "must-see" list of attendees.

The Packer's Midwest Produce Conference & Expo Tote Bag Sponsorship (limited to one company) - $6,000

Bags are distributed on-site to all attendees with their registration credentials. Each bag will feature an imprint with the sponsor's message on one side and the Midwest Produce logo on the other. The sponsor will also be entitled to one literature insert in the bag.

The Packer's Midwest Produce Conference & Expo Bag Insert Sponsorship (limited to 10 companies) - $750

The sponsor is entitled to include its flier, brochure or promotional item in each of 700 Conference & Expo Bags distributed on-site to all attendees with their registration credentials. Production costs are not included. Show management must approve the content of the literature. 

Badge Lanyard Sponsorship (limited to one company). - $2,500

Company name and logo printed on badge lanyard distributed to all attendees.

Conference Session Handout Book (limited to one company)- $1,000

This notebook of handouts and PowerPoint presentations of each conference session is distributed to all conference registrants. The sponsor's name and logo are included on the cover page. The sponsor can provide one brochure to be placed in the back pocket of the notebook.

Free Standing Sign (1M x 8') (5 Available)- $1,200

Get noticed by placing your company and/or product name in a prominent location that will be seen by visitors entering and leaving the main exhibition area. Signs are 4-color, double-sided.

Hotel Room Key Cards (limited to one company) - TBD

Your company logo/message will greet attendees when they check into the conference hotel.

Monthly e-newsletter Sponsor (5 Available; one per month) - $1,000

Include your logo and message with our monthly event update sent to all registrants and industry professionals who have not yet registered.

Registration Confirmation Banner Ad (limited to one company) - $2,500

Include your company message on confirmation communications sent to conference and exhibit hall registrants. Attendees will carry your message with them as they pick-up their credentials at the Midwest Produce expo. This pre-show message will reinforce your marketing and help drive traffic to your booth.
